Faq's

The most common Questions

Do you have payment plans?

Yes! We have no interest payment plans up to 12 months.

Do you Travel and how far?

You bet! We have traveled all over the Texas, Louisiana and even plan destination weddings!

Do you have a Travel Fee?

We include complimentary up to 65 miles to and from the venue. After that, it is $1 per mile. The overall cost for travel / destination weddings varies depending on several factors. Let's have a consultation !

Do you charge for overnight accomodations?

Depending on the location of the venue, we may require overnight accommodations at the expense of the client. That will be discussed and decided during consultation.

Do you set up?

We absolutely can! Decor set up is included in our Full-Service planning package for up to 15 tables. Or it can also be added on to our Partial planning or Month-of packages for an additional $300.

Do you tear down and clean up?

Most venues handle this. We suggest thoroughly reviewing your Venue contract to see what you're responsible for. Our Tear down is "decor specific" and is included in our Full planning package.

We can add tear down services to any package for an additional cost. Clean up (Sweeping, Mopping, Trash Services, "flipping the venue") are NOT included in our services. We recommend hiring a cleaning or staffing company for those services.

Does set up/tear down include tables and chairs?

No, our "set up" is for decor specifically. Typically, the venue or venue manager/staff set up & tear down the layout (tables & chairs).
